The limit includes the complete serialized V1 transaction, not only the HTML. The builder reserves space for transaction fields and rejects oversized websites.
Two transactions
Phantom signs the Pump.fun launch first. After it confirms, the prepared mint keys automatically sign the separate V1 inscription containing the website. No server wallet or private-key storage is used.
Sandboxed
Uploaded websites run inside an isolated frame. They receive no wallet access, parent-page access, or outbound network connection.
